Performance and Characteristics:
1. Imparts excellent antistatic properties to polyester staple fibers during production and subsequent spinning processes.
2. Reduces the dynamic friction between fibers and metals, as well as the static friction between fibers, while improving the quality of tow.
3. Its low hygroscopicity prevents roller wrapping during spinning.
4. Even during high-speed open-end spinning and ring spinning, the level of deposits is extremely low.
5. Features very low free alcohol content and prevents stratification in the bath and during use.
6. Has a stable and reasonable ratio of monoester to diester.
7. Easily soluble in warm water.
Packaging, Storage and Transportation:
1. Packaged in 50kg plastic drums or 200kg iron drums.
2. Storage conditions: Sealed indoor storage at room temperature, with a sealed shelf life of 12 months.
3. Transported as general chemicals.
Precautions:
1. Avoid high temperatures in summer and freezing in winter; do not mix with other impurities; do not mix with cationic oil agents.
2. In winter, the oil agent should be fully equilibrated in a room at around 30℃ before use.
