Purpose:
This product is suitable for nylon filament, especially for nylon cord yarn and industrial yarn.
Chemical Composition:
This product is a compound of polyoxyethylene polyol polyfatty acid ester, high-temperature resistant smoothing agent and polymer surfactant.

Main Properties:

Emulsion Operation:
Under stirring conditions, add the measured D-3088 oil agent into industrial soft water to dissolve and stir evenly.
Usage Method:
Due to different machine conditions, prepare an emulsion of about 15% and control the oil content of the yarn to be 1.0-1.5%.
Storage and Transportation:
This product should be stored in a cool, dry warehouse or shed, and stored and transported as general chemicals.
Packaging:
Packed in 200kg plastic barrels.
Shelf Life:
One year under normal conditions.
