Characteristic and Applications:
This product is non-toxic, non-corrosive, and soluble in water, ethanol, aromatic hydrocarbons, etc. It is an ideal fabric finishing agent, capable of being used in combination with resins in the same bath. The prepared solution is highly stable, without issues of emulsion breaking or whitening. This product can be used for polyester, nylon, cotton, poly-cotton blends, wool, and synthetic fibers. It imparts the following excellent properties to fabrics simultaneously:
Softness: Fabrics treated with this product are soft, smooth, comfortable to the touch, and elegant in style. It gives lightweight fabrics a silky feel and heavy fabrics a wool-like texture.
Water affinity: Fabrics treated with this product have excellent water affinity, good breathability, and superior wearability, eliminating drawbacks of synthetic fibers such as stiffness, stuffiness, and poor sweat absorption.
Anti-static: Fabrics treated with this product have good anti-static properties, minimal static effect, are less likely to attract dust, offer a degree of stain resistance, and are easy to wash.
Shrink resistance: Fabrics treated with this product have good dimensional stability, especially useful for shrink-resistant finishing of woolen fabrics.
Elasticity: Fabrics treated with this product have excellent elasticity and a crisp texture.
This product can also be used to treat various silks and yarns, enhancing luster and smoothness of treated fibers and silk. It is widely used in daily chemical products, such as various cosmetic creams, emulsions, and shampoos. Hair washed with shampoo containing this product becomes soft, shiny, and manageable. It is also useful in the leather industry, as a component in leather softeners and finishers, giving various natural leathers a smooth, glossy, soft, and comfortable touch. Additionally, it is an excellent additive for paints, improving leveling and creating smooth, glossy surfaces. This product can also be used as a plastic additive and mold release agent.
