Performance and Application:
Lauryl phosphate is a high-performance, widely used surfactant with excellent antistatic properties, lubricity, cleansing ability, and softness. Its biodegradability, toxicity, and irritancy are lower than those of commonly used sulfonate surfactants. Its potassium phosphate ester is primarily used as an excellent antistatic agent and lubricant in synthetic fiber oil formulations. This product has a low free phosphoric acid content, which reduces friction between fibers and equipment, lowering equipment wear. The ratio of monoester to diester is appropriate, making the product provide both good antistatic and easy-to-clean properties, as well as excellent lubrication when used in spinning oils. It is especially suitable for the formulation of various short-fiber oils.
Storage:
