Product Performance:
1、As a cationic surfactant, it is readily soluble in water and solvents such as acetone, butanol, benzene, chloroform, dimethylformamide, dioxane, ethylene glycol, methyl (ethyl or butyl) cellulose solvents, acetic acid, and water at room temperature. At 50°C, it is soluble in carbon tetrachloride, dichloroethane, styrene, etc.
2、Stable in 5% dilute acids and alkalis. Decomposes when heated above 180°C.
3、Compatible with cationic and nonionic surfactants, but should not be used in the same bath with anionic surfactants.
4、Compared with Antistatic Agent SN-18, it has a lower pour point, better water solubility, and is less prone to layering in winter.
Product Applications:
1、Suitable for eliminating static electricity in the spinning of synthetic fibers such as polyester, nylon, and chlorofiber. It provides excellent antistatic effects. Antistatic Agent SN-12 can be used alone or formulated with other oiling agents or emulsifiers (excluding anionic surfactants) into an aqueous solution. Passing the fiber strands through this emulsion effectively eliminates static electricity. The recommended dosage is generally 0.2–0.5% of the fiber weight.
2、Can be used as a leveling agent for polyacrylonitrile.
3、Used in the plastics industry to eliminate static electricity in plastic products. It serves as an antistatic agent for PVC, polyethylene films, and plastic products. Dissolve Antistatic Agent SN-12 in an appropriate solvent, mix with a small amount of plastic powder, dry, and then blend this mixture into the total plastic powder for conventional processing. The recommended dosage is typically 0.5–2% of the plastic weight.

Storage Packaging:
Packaged in 50 kg plastic drums.
